We are nearly half way through October and the Teens have been busy focusing on Pull Up progressions this month. By following a programme which includes inverted rows, banded pull downs, holds and farmer carries, to name a few, they have developing back and shoulder strength, grip strength and core strength in our sessions.
The pull up is a perfectly functional movement, an essential part of athletic training and a gateway exercise to other highly developmental gymnastics movements. Perfect for growing teenagers.
